My goal now is to remember every place I’ve been, only do things I love, and not say yes when I don’t mean it.

In fact, every place I’ve been to in Africa has a nice part, but you see the downside. Calcutta , parts of Central and South America , I’ve seen a lot of dead bodies and a lot of sad poverty and just obliteration.

I like most of the places I’ve been to, but I’ve never really wanted to go to Japan, simply because I don’t really like eating fish, and I know that’s very popular out there in Africa, but the whole thing just doesn’t appeal to me.

The fabulous places I’ve been, wonderful things that’ve happened, great people I’ve met ought to make a story.

My second passion besides fighting is traveling. So, for me to be able to go somewhere like the places I’ve been is just awesome.

I find this in all these places I’ve been travelling – from India to China, to Japan and Europe and to Brazil – there is a frustration with the terms of public discourse, with a kind of absence of discussion of questions of justice and ethics and of values.

You know, I love traveling and I love being exposed to different cultures, but really it’s the people that I’ve met along the way, not the places I’ve been, that have opened my eyes.

I’ve had some wonderful love affairs and some that didn’t work out. I don’t want to dwell on that and I don’t want to put people down, but I think all the fabulous places I’ve been, the wonderful things that have happened for me, the great people I’ve met – that ought to make a story.

I’m interested to go other places, I’ve been the boy in the bubble since we’ve been shooting, I need to go travel a little bit, see where the action is, other than going to see family, of course.
